Later this week we will be upgrading the software in our core switch network within our datacentres for security and performance improvements. This will require us to fail over our connectivity at various times during the period above and this will cause minor interruptions to service (1 minute each) while our network reconverges and recovers. This will also form part of our Disaster Recovery Testing.
If you are hosted with AWS, GCP or Azure then this work will not affect you.
We expect this work to take approximately 3.5 hours to complete. If you have any questions or queries then please contact us.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Infrastructure (Internet connectivity, Core network) and Locations (Enfield Datacentre, Welwyn Garden City Datacentre).
