The maintenance has been completed without issue. Our initial tests show that connectivity seems improved. If there are any further issues with your customers accessing your services after 12:30 pm please send a ticket in to support with as much detail as possible.

We believe that this will fix any timeout, slowdown and intermittent geographical access issues now the major UK providers have also fixed their issues.

Good Morning,

There have been internet routing issues with BT and Vodafone over the last few days that have had major knock on effects around the UK. These have manifested as some areas of the internet not being able to reach customer sites while others can.

These issues have increased in frequency over the last 24 hours and we have found that the routing tables on our gateways with one of our providers have been corrupted by this wider issue.

We need to reset these connections one by one with traffic automatically flowing over the remaining ones. So no downtime is expected however there may be momentary slowdowns as the traffic re-routes.

While we appreciate this is during working hours we feel that the risk is outweighed by the effects of the current problem on our clients.
