On Wednesday evening we will be migrating to the latest version of our service desk software. This involves dumping and re-importing the data to a new database, which unfortunately will mean about 90 minutes of downtime.
We will also be migrating to a new modern VM and operating system in line with our security policies.
During the migration we will be keeping a close watch of all our monitoring systems and our phone lines will be open if you need any support during this period.
