Dear Client,
As part of our notified maintenance plan we will be undertaking our move from our Docklands London Hosting Centre (LHC) to the Welwyn Colt Datacentre. We have completed our testing of the Welwyn DC and are now already running some live services out of it.
All clients that are due to be moved out of LHC to Enfield have been moved over the last few days so there is no expected downtime during this period. There will however be an at risk period where only our Enfield Datacentre is active and up to date with client data, although we aim to keep this as short as possible.
Although no downtime is expected there may be some network slowdowns where sites and services take a few seconds longer than normal to respond for periods of less than a minute. This will be as the network reconverges at Enfield as we drop services out of LHC and again when Welwyn comes fully online.
