On Thursday the 9th of December, we will be having our annual company away day and will be operating a major and critical issues only service on that day. We will ensure that any customer affecting issues for existing services are dealt with within the usual SLA and have ensured that we will have full access to our systems during this time with people available during working hours. Non critical issues raised including non emergency firewall changes and project work will be held until Friday 10th when we are back to full capacity.

We would be grateful if you could raise any change requests beforehand and plan works to be carried out accordingly. If there are any issues with the timing of this please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
