Opsview Maintenance - 24/01/20 18:00 -> 25/01/20 22:00

This weekend the DCL team will be performing an upgrade on the Opsview Monitoring Platform which will move to the new Opsview Core Engine (Version 6.3) from the previous Nagios Core system.

At some stages during the maintenance Opsview alerts will be disabled, the DCL team will continue to check systems and services using the raw Opsview data and our supplementary monitoring services.

During this maintenance all customer environments and applications will be unaffected, this change is non service affecting and only impacts our ability to access granular monitoring metrics.

As a result of this significant upgrade, users of the monitoring system will see some interface changes after the maintenance is complete. The interface is broadly similar so existing users of the system should not encounter any issues.

There is some updated user documentation available linked below and of course if you need any assistance just contact a member of the team.

DCL will update this status page to keep you informed of progress during this maintenance period.

Best regards,

DCL Operations Team
