This year our office will be closed from midday Christmas Eve until 9am Tuesday 4th January 2022.
Our Support team will be available on normal business days from 8am - 6pm as usual apart from Friday 24th and Friday 31st when we'll be closing at midday. Please note that we will be operating with fewer staff than usual so please allow a little extra time for change requests to be processed.
We will, of course, continue to monitor systems throughout the festive season and respond as usual for critical issues. If you need to contact Support urgently, please follow the normal out of hours escalation procedures.
